Back in 2009 a non-profit company from Quebec called for a quote. They wanted a flash lamp accessory. I really wanted to work with them and I would not have minded the extra money as well but I didn't have this accessory and I lost the sale. Now I have so many flash lamp accessories, I don't even know how many I have. I guess for most people millisecond resolution of time is not enough with fluorescence measurements and phosphorescence is not very popular. You may want to consider a fluorescence lifetime spectrometer if you need timing I have these lamps and their accessories such as the lamp switching accessory and the power supplies if you need them. I have quite a few and I will not be demanding a high price but I do have to quote high enough to ship a good quality product as there is a fair amount of sophistication to the setup.
